BOARD APPOINTMENT
CAPITAL & REGIONAL APPOINTS NEW NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Capital & Regional plc, the co-investing property asset manager, announces that Louis Norval has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 15 September.
Louis was educated at Lyttelton Hoërskool, Centurion, where he graduated in B.Sc (QS) (with distinction) from the University of Pretoria (1979). Louis was a founding member and senior partner of Norval Wentzel Steinberg Quantity Surveyors and director of Baker Street Associates Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Louis is a co-founder and Chief Executive of Attfund Limited, one of the largest private property investment companies in South Africa. Louis is a director of JSE listed Sycom Property Fund and Managing Director of Parkdev Asset Managers. He represented South Africa in golf and is a past chairman of Pretoria Country Club.
In accordance with paragraph 9.6.13 (2 -6) of the Listing Rules, Louis Norval has advised that he has no details to disclose except for paragraph 9.6.13 (1) as set out below:
