24 March 2006 themutual.net plc ("themutual.net") Directorate Change themutual.net announces that Ben Heaton has agreed to become a non-executivedirector as of 23 March 2006. Mr Heaton co-founded themutual.net in 1999 andwas CEO up to the appointment of Mark Smith in June 2004, when he agreed to actas Strategic Director.
