Orchard Funding Group PLC, the finance company which specialises in insurance premium finance and the professions funding market, announces that Mark Sismey-Durrant, Independent Chairman, has given notice of his resignation from the Board of the Company and under the terms of his contract will leave the Board on 7 October 2020.
The Company will make another announcement regarding the appointment of a new Independent Chairman in due course.
