DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Experian plc announces that Laurence Danon has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, with effect from 31 December 2009. This follows the announcement of Ms Danon's appointment as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of BPCE, France's second largest banking group following the merger of Banques Populaires and Caisses d'Epargne, and the completion of her current three-year appointment term with the Company on 31 December 2009.
John Peace, Chairman of Experian, said:
