Directorate Change
Stadium (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of wireless solutions, power supplies and electronic assemblies, announces that Rex Orton, Group Finance Director, has been unable to take up his position with the Company due to ill health and has therefore stepped down from the Board with immediate effect. The Board wishes Rex well with his recovery.
The Board has commenced a process to identify and appoint a suitable replacement and a further update will be provided in due course. As was previously notified, Joanne Estell, the former Chief Financial Officer is still retained by the Group and will continue to provide continuity in the finance role into early 2017.
