Weatherly International PLC03 August 2005 Weatherly International plc Re Directorate Following the appointment on 15 July 2005 of Wolf Martinick and Rod Webster tothe Board of Weatherly, Wolf Martinick has been appointed Chairman and RodWebster has been appointed Chief Executive. Peter Redmond, formerly Chairman,and Richard Armstrong will remain on the Board as non-executive directors.
