Nasstar PLC28 April 2008 28 April 2008 Nasstar plc Board changes Nasstar plc ("Nasstar" or "the Group") (AIM: NASA) which provides computing overthe internet is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard (Ric) PhillipFrancis, aged 45, as a non-executive Director of the Group with immediateeffect. Mr Francis, aged 45, is Senior Adviser to Ariadne Capital, the investmentcompany run by Julie Meyer and also sits on the editorial board of Silicon.com.Until recently Mr Francis was Executive Director of Operations for the PostOffice where he was responsible for all areas of IT, Security, Property, SupplyChain, Cash Handling, Contact Centre Management as well as the Commercialfunction of the Post Office, the UK's largest retail network. Before joining the Post Office Mr Francis was Chief Information Officer (CIO)for Safeway Stores plc and held senior roles at M&M Mars Corporation andPepsiCo.
