26 June 2013 St Ives plc Board changes St Ives plc announces a change to the structure of its Board to reflect therepositioning of the Group that we have completed to date and to serve therequirements of the business going forward. After four years at St Ives, Lloyd Wigglesworth is stepping down from the Boardat the end of June 2013. Lloyd is staying to work on a number of importantareas for St Ives over the next few months and he will leave the business inOctober. The Board would like to thank Lloyd for his significant contribution to thesuccess of St Ives during the last four years, not only across the print andpublishing businesses but also his valuable input to the group's strategy. Wewish him every continued success for whatever he decides to do next.
