Resignation of Non-Executive Director
Clean Air Power (AIM: CAP), the developer of Dual-Fuel combustion technology that enables heavy-duty diesel engines to operate on a combination of diesel and natural gas, announces the resignation of Hans Folkesson as Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect, to pursue his other business interests, related to small electric vehicles, on a full-time basis.
The Company expects to announce the appointment of a Non-Executive Director as replacement for Mr. Folkesson shortly.
Rodney Westhead, Chairman of Clean Air Power Limited, stated:
"Hans Folkesson joined the Board of Clean Air Power in 2006 and his industry knowledge has been invaluable to the development of the Company. I would like to thank him for his contribution during his time as Non-Executive Director and am very pleased to confirm that he has agreed to continue to act as a consultant to the Company."
