Further to the announcement made on 7 February 2014, the Company would like to announce that Richard Smith and Colin Black have given notice of their resignation as directors from the Company's Board immediately following admission of new ordinary shares in the Company to trading on AIM at 8.00am this morning ("Admission"). Clive Carver and Colin Hutchinson will be joining the Board as non-executive directors immediately following Admission.

Clive Nathan Carver, aged 53, is a chartered accountant and has spent 17 years in the corporate broking arena becoming, successively, head of corporate finance at Seymour Pierce, Williams de Broë and finnCap. Since 2006, Clive has been Chairman of Roxi Petroleum PLC, becoming Executive Chairman in June 2012. Clive is also Non-Executive Chairman of Ascent Resources PLC.

Colin Hutchinson, aged 37, is a chartered accountant with 15 years of international experience gained in commercially orientated finance roles with high growth organisations and start-ups. Colin is currently Financial Controller at Ascent Resources PLC and was previously Financial Controller at Lochard Energy PLC and Finance Director at Samba Communications.

Save as disclosed above and detailed below, there are no other details to be disclosed regarding Clive Carver and Colin Hutchinson's appointments as required under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
