Cosalt, the specialist provider of critical safety equipment and services for the Offshore Oil & Gas and Marine industries, announces that, owing to his increased executive commitments elsewhere, Simon Gilbert has resigned as a Non Executive Director with immediate effect. The Board would like to thank Simon for his contribution whilst he has been on the Board and wish him well for the future.
