Bristol Water plc - Change to Executive Directors Roles

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11, Bristol Water plc announces changes to roles and responsibilities for certain directors of Bristol Water plc.

With effect from 1 September 2022, Laura Flowerdew, Chief Financial Officer of Bristol Water plc is being appointed to a new role within the Pennon Group and will be stepping down from her current role of Chief Financial Officer and director of Bristol Water plc.

With effect from 1 September 2022, Paul Boote, Group Chief Financial Officer of Pennon Group plc and a director of Bristol Water plc will take over executive responsibility for all finance functions within Bristol Water plc as its new Chief Financial Officer.

With effect from 1 September 2022, Mehran Karam will take on the role of Group Integration Director within the Pennon Group, and from the effective date of the transfer of Bristol Water plc's Instrument of Appointment to South West Water Limited, he will step down as Chief Executive Officer and resign as a director of Bristol Water plc.
