Evolution Group PLC18 October 2007 Evolution Group Plc Resignation of Group Finance Director The Board of Evolution Group Plc ("Evolution") announces that its Group FinanceDirector, Graeme Dell, today tendered his resignation in order to join AshmoreGroup plc as Chief Financial Officer. He will remain in his current role until2nd December 2007 but will resign as a Director of Evolution Group on 25thOctober 2007. Evolution has commenced the process of finding a successor, whose appointmentwill be announced in due course.
