DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Just Group plc ("Just", the "Group"), the specialist UK financial services group focussing on attractive segments of the UK retirement income market, is pleased to announce that Andy Parsons is to join the company as Group Chief Financial Officer and the Board of Just Group plc as an Executive Director. The appointment follows an extensive search process following the departure of Simon Thomas in October 2018. Mr Parsons will join the company in January and the Board as soon as practical thereafter, subject to regulatory approval.
Mr Parsons has been Group Finance Director at LV= since June 2017, having held executive positions at several leading financial institutions. His career in finance has spanned over 25 years, with particular expertise in life and general insurance. Prior to joining LV=, he held the roles of finance director, divisional risk officer and life, pensions and investment director for the insurance business of Lloyds Banking Group. He previously worked at Friends Life, AXA and Zurich Financial Services in a number of executive financial roles.
