Omega, the AIM listed medical diagnostics company, announces that, further to the announcement made on 17 January 2012, Geoff Gower will now step down from the Board with effect from 31 March 2012.
Geoff has helped with the smooth transition of transferring management responsibilities for the site to an internal candidate who has agreed to take on the Site Manager role. This transition has happened sooner than first anticipated and enables Geoff to handover at this earlier opportunity. The Board wishes to thanks Geoff for all his hard work over the last three years and wishes him well for the future.
