UBC announces that Mr John Falcon has been appointed to the board of directors as Group Finance Director from Friday 23 January 2009 following the resignation of Mr Gavin Rigby.
Mr John Christopher Falcon (aged 29), has in the last five years been a director of Segment Records Limited. Mr Falcon holds no shares in the Company and has not been awarded any options.
There is no further information required to be disclosed in respect of the above appointment pursuant to the AIM Rules.
