Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that, after over 20 years' service and 18 years as Finance Director, Jonathan Cartwright will be stepping down from the board and will leave the Company once a successor has been recruited.
Tim Ingram, Chief Executive, commented:
"Jonathan joined Caledonia in January 1989 and was its first senior appointment following the separation from British & Commonwealth Holdings. He has been a key member of Caledonia's management team and the board wishes to record its thanks for his significant contribution to the development and success of the Company and to wish him well for the future."
Jonathan Cartwright commented:
"I have greatly enjoyed working with my colleagues and making a contribution to Caledonia's business over many years. I now look forward to new opportunities and challenges and wish Caledonia continuing success as it builds value for shareholders."
