32Red Plc11 October 2006 32Red Plc("32Red" or "the Company") Re-Directorate As outlined in the Company's interim results announcement of 31 August 2006, theBoard confirms that Mr Simon Dimmer will step down from the Board and leave theCompany on October 13th. We are in the final stages of recruitment for a new Finance Director and expectto make an announcement shortly. In the interim our Group Financial Controller,Nick Farmer (ACA), will assume Simon's responsibilities.
