Amlin plc (the “Company”) announces that Sir Mark Wrightson retired from the Board at the conclusion of the Company’s Annual General Meeting held on 21 May 2015. No compensation for loss of office was awarded to Sir Mark as a result of his retirement.
The Board would like to express their gratitude for Sir Mark’s contribution to the Board during his tenure.
This announcement is made pursuant to paragraph 9.6.11R of the Listing Rules.
