OpSec, a leading supplier of anti-counterfeiting technologies and services, is pleased to announce that Mr Richard Fuller, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect.

Mr Fuller was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company in December 2011. He is currently the UK Member of Parliament for Bedford. Mr Fuller holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy & Economics from Oxford University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Further to the Company's AGM statement dated 30 July 2014, now that the appointment of a new Chairman has been finalised, Mr David Mahony, has decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect. Mr Mahony has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since 1985 and was appointed Chairman in 1990.

Richard S. Cremona, CEO of the Company commented:
