Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist pensions consultancy and wealth management business, announces that one of its Non-Executive Directors, Helen Keays, has informed the Board that she wishes to step down to pursue other interests. She will formally leave the Board on 31 October 2013. The Nominations Committee has initiated a search process to replace Helen.

Bob Woods, Executive Chairman of Mattioli Woods, said:
