Changes to the Rolls-Royce BoardTwo Rolls-Royce non-executive directors, Carl-Peter Forster and Amy Bondurant,will be retiring from the Board on 14 September 2006 following the completionof their terms.Simon Robertson, Chairman, Rolls-Royce said " We are very sorry that AmyBondurant and Carl-Peter Forster have concluded that they are no longer able todevote sufficient time to our Board. We are very sad to see them go and wouldlike to thank them both for the very considerable contribution they have madein different ways to the Rolls-Royce Board and the success of the Group.
