Hibernia REIT plc ("Hibernia" or the "Company") announces that William Nowlan has informed the Board that he wishes to stand down as a Non-Executive Director at the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held on 25 July 2017. Mr. Nowlan will continue to act as a consultant to Hibernia. This notification is made in accordance with paragraph 6.6.5 of the Listing Rules of the Irish Stock Exchange and paragraph 9.6.11 of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
