Arrow Global announces that Robin Phipps will be stepping down from the Board as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 27 October 2016. Lan Tu will replace Robin Phipps as Chair of the Remuneration Committee. The Board expects to appoint a new Non-Executive Director to replace Robin Phipps and will provide a further update regarding this appointment in due course.

Jonathan Bloomer, Chairman, said: "Robin Phipps joined Arrow Global at the time of the Company's IPO in October 2013 and leaves with the Board's gratitude for his significant contribution to the success of the Company and the substantial progress we have made since the IPO. We wish him the very best for the future."
