APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The Board of Hydrogen Group plc, the specialist professional recruitment business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Fallmann as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.

Ian (age 53) is a highly experienced Managing Director with a proven track record of running and expanding businesses in developing markets over the past 21 years, including 15 years spent as Managing Director of the Bloomberg LP Tokyo office overseeing the development of the business in the Asia-Pacific region. Ian is currently Managing Director of Kensington Enterprises Limited and also sits as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Mihama Inc.

Ian Temple, Executive Chairman, commented:

Ian was the third person to join the Asia-Pacific business of Bloomberg and became Managing Director, overseeing the development of this region during a period of rapid growth. This wealth of knowledge and experience in this market will be invaluable to the Group as we continue to develop our growing international business."

Ian Fallmann does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company.

Save for the above, there is no further information required to be disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules for Companies, with respect to the appointment of Ian Fallmann.
