DIRECTORATE CHANGE

GAME Digital plc (the "Company" or "GAME Digital") today announces that Caspar Woolley has informed the Board that following the completion of his three-year term, he will not stand for re-election as a non-executive director of the Company at the Company's AGM in January 2018.

Caspar has been a member of the GAME Digital board since May 2014, and since the last Annual General Meeting has held the position of Chair of the Remuneration Committee

Caspar has informed the Board that his plan to step down from the GAME Digital board is in order to focus more fully on other business interests.

John Jackson, GAME Digital's Chairman, said: "Caspar has been a highly valued colleague and key member of the GAME Digital board. I would like to personally thank him for all his support of the GAME management team in driving forward the operations and strategy of the business and for his wider contribution to the Group."

Caspar Woolley said: "It has been a pleasure being a part of the GAME Digital Board for the last three years. I have greatly enjoyed working with this experienced, talented and supportive group in a time of rapid change and considerable challenge in the industry. I wish the Company and the Board continued success in the future."
