SciSys PLC13 November 2007 13 November 2007 SciSys plc Board Changes SciSys plc ("SciSys" or "the Company"), the supplier of bespoke IT services andsolutions to the Media, Space, Defence and Public sectors, today announces theresignation of Mark Hampson as its Chief Executive Officer with immediateeffect. Dr Mike Love, the current Non-Executive Chairman of SciSys and former ChiefExecutive Officer, will be assuming the role of Executive Chairman withimmediate effect. David Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will now take on anExecutive Directorship responsible for the defence, communications and transportareas of the Company's UK business. John Haynes, a former director of theCompany, will rejoin the Company and assume executive responsibility for theCompany's space businesses including the Space activities of the recentlyacquired VCS business. Steve Brignall, Executive Director, will retain hisresponsibilities for the Company's public sector activities. The Media divisionof the acquired VCS business will remain under the management of Klaus Heidrichand Karl-W Pieper who will report directly to Mike Love. Chris Cheetham, the Finance Director, Steve Brignall, David Jones, and Mike Lovetogether make up the Executive Directors of the Company.
