Comino Group PLC03 February 2006 For release 3 February 2006 Comino Group plc ("Comino") Directorate Change Comino announces that on 1 February 2006 Michael Stoddard was appointed directorand company secretary of Comino. David Quysner, Garth Selvey, Paul Clifford,Michael Greig and Mark Boleat resigned as directors of Comino with effect from 1February 2006, with Paul Clifford also resigning as company secretary of Cominoon that date. Garth Selvey and Paul Clifford have also resigned as employees ofComino, with Paul Clifford to be re-employed by Comino with effect from 8February 2006. Michael Stoddard, aged 48, qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG. He iscurrently Finance Director of Civica plc. Michael was finance director of twoother London listed companies before joining the Sanderson Group as financedirector in 1998. Along with Simon Downing, Michael formed part of themanagement buyout team which took the Sanderson Group private in January 2000and was Sanderson Group finance director until December 2003.
