Peter Smith is currently chairman of Savills plcand a non-executive Director of Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust plc,The Equitable Life Assurance Society and N M Rothschild & Sons Limited. Peter Smith will take up the position of chairman of the Company's AuditCommittee with effect from the conclusion of a meeting of the board to be heldon 18 April 2007. The Company also announces Jeff Harris is retiring as an independentnon-executive director, and as chairman of the Audit Committee, with effect fromthe conclusion of the board meeting on 18 April 2007.
