DIRECTORATE CHANGES

Mr Nicholas Garrett has decided to resign as a Non-executive Director for personal reasons and the Board has agreed to his departure with immediate effect.

Dr. John Malcolm, Chairman of Lamprell, said:

"I would like to thank Nick for his involvement on the Board over the past three years and for his insights as the Company has navigated through this challenging period. He has contributed significantly as we have worked to re-position the Company for the future and it is with regret that we see him leave. The Board wishes him all the best for the future."
