Directorate Change
NetPlay TV plc (AIM: NPT), the interactive TV gaming company, announces the resignation of Moshe Edree, the Non Executive Director representing the interests of Direct Force Limited. Moshe has been replaced by Tim Mickley.
Moshe has stepped down from the PLC board in order to fulfil his other business interests.
Mr Mickley, 41, ACMA, qualified with Schroders and worked as an accountant in city institutions for a number of years. He subsequently spent ten years in corporate finance roles most recently as a Managing Director with Collins Stewart where he led the gaming team and advised on a number of significant transactions in this sector.
Timothy Simon Mickley currently holds the following directorships:

SafeCharge Limited
Comfrey Limited
There are no other details disclosable under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
