Directorate Change

Further to an announcement made earlier in the year, after nearly four years as Finance Director, Steve Clutton yesterday retired from the board.

Matthew Tooth continues to act as the interim Finance Director whilst the Company continues its search for a suitable replacement.

Tim Howkins, Chief Executive commented: "I would like to thank Steve for his contribution to the group over the past four years and the smooth transition of his responsibilities to Matthew."
