Documedia Solutions PLC01 February 2005 1st February, 2005 Documedia Solutions PLC ("Documedia" or the "Company") Appointment of Director The Directors of Documedia announce the appointment of James Noel Marsland, aged35, as Marketing Services Director with effect from 1 February 2005. Mr Marsland joined the Company in April 2000 as e-services director, withresponsibility for the development of the Company's core on-line product,Documarketing, for the property, leisure, automotive & retail sectors. For thelast eighteen months he has been leading the sales team. He will now take fullgeneral management responsibility for the growth of our London business unit. Mr Marsland has confirmed that there is no further information required to bedisclosed under paragraph 15 of the AIM Rules. Mr Marsland has been granted today 400,000 options to subscribe for ordinaryshares under the Documedia Solutions plc EMI Share Option Scheme at an exerciseprice of 5p per share. The options vest and become exercisable as follows: 133,334 on 1 February 2006133,333 on 1 February 2007133,333 on 1 February 2008 These options expire on 31 January 2015. On 18 July 2003, Mr Marsland was granted 100,000 options to subscribe forordinary shares under the Documedia Solutions plc EMI Share Option Scheme at anexercise price of 4p per share.
