Up to 8 November 2023 Ms Yuen, Mr Workman and Mr Souchon were directors of abrdn New Dawn Investment Trust plc (in members' voluntary liquidation). There are no further changes to disclosures required to be made for Ms Yuen, Mr Workman or Mr Souchon, in respect of paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) - (6) of the Financial Conduct Authority's Listing Rules.
