Micro Focus International plc04 January 2006 4 January 2006 Nick Bray joins the Micro Focus Board Further to the announcement on 1 December 2005 by Micro Focus International plc("Micro Focus" or the "Company") of the appointment of Nick Bray as ChiefFinancial Officer with effect from 1 February 2006, the Company is pleased toannounce that Nick Bray has now taken up the position and joined the Micro FocusBoard on 3 January 2006. On the same day, Richard Lloyd stepped down as theCompany's Chief Financial Officer and resigned from the Micro Focus Board. Asoriginally planned, Richard Lloyd will remain with Micro Focus for a furtherperiod in order to provide an appropriate handover.
