(the "Company") Directorate Change and Change of Directors' Responsibilities Following the Company's recent announcement regarding the appointment of DeniseJagger and Paul Hampden Smith as independent non-executive directors of theCompany, the Company is now pleased to announce that they will be joining theAudit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees from 1 August 2013. The Company also wishes to announce that Peter Johnson, the senior independentnon-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will retire fromthe Board at the expiry of his current letter of appointment on 31 January2014. He will be succeeded by John Cuthbert as senior independent non-executivedirector and by Paul Hampden Smith as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
