Directorate Changes
As previously announced, with effect from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held at 9.30 a.m. today, Tom Crawford retired as Non-Executive Director of the Company. Also as previously announced, Margot Katz, who has completed her three-year term as an executive director of Harvey Nash, did not offer herself for re-election at the AGM and, accordingly, stepped down from the Board with immediate effect.
