Board Appointment

Countryside Partnerships PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Amanda Clack as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 10 March 2022. Amanda will serve as a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

Amanda is currently Executive Director, Head of Strategic Advisory and Head of Public Sector of CBRE Ltd where she is a member of the Executive Committee and Chairs the Strategy Board.

Amanda is a highly experienced senior executive with broad experience across real estate, infrastructure, smart cities and construction sectors. Before her current role. Amanda was a Partner and Head of Infrastructure of Ernst & Young LLP and prior to this was a Partner at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. Amanda has also previously served as President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. From 1992 to 2006 Amanda was a Partner, Business Transformation, at Hornagold & Hills Ltd and from 1986 to 1992 was a Programme Manager for BDB.
