IDOX PLC12 January 2005 IDOX plc Board change IDOX plc (IDOX), the information and knowledge management group, announces thatTim Bowen has resigned with immediate effect from the position as ChiefOperating Officer / Chief Financial Officer to pursue other opportunities. Healso resigns as a director of the company with effect from 11th January 2005. Hewill continue to work with the company to effect a smooth transition until thespring. His responsibilities will be assumed by John McNicol, the currentFinancial Controller and Company Secretary and Andrew Fraser, Chief Executive,until a suitable replacement is appointed.
