Artilium PLC14 January 2008 14 January 2008 Artilium plc Chief Financial Officer appointment Artilium plc (LSE: ARTA. "Artilium" or the "Company"), the AIM listed providerof mobile unified communications software solutions, today announces theappointment of Chris Ogle as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. Hereplaces Tony Lynch who is stepping down as CFO in order to relocate with hisfamily overseas. Whilst Mr Lynch relinquishes his Board position as of today,he will remain with the Company until 29 February 2008 to effect a smoothtransition. Chris Ogle has over 15 years' experience in managing the finance functions ofcompanies in the international technology and media arenas, including 8 years oflisted company experience. Mr Ogle joins Artilium from AIM-listed softwaresolutions provider, Flomerics Group plc, where he was Group Finance Director andCompany Secretary. During his tenure, Mr Ogle managed two significantacquisitions for the Company as well as a fund-raising. Under Mr Ogle'sstewardship, Flomerics was awarded the "AIM Award for Best Communications" in2001 by the London Stock Exchange for the Company's Investor Relations work. Prior to Flomerics, between June 1990 and April 1998, Mr Ogle held a number offinance positions within the Telstar Group, including Deputy Group FinanceDirector and Company Secretary. From April 1998 until June 1999 he held theposition of General Manager and Finance Director of the Group's Computer Gamessubsidiary, Telstar Electronic Studios Limited. Mr Ogle has also held the position of Group Management Accountant at WPP Groupplc, and trained as an Audit and Tax Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers.
