Resignation of First Deputy General Director, Director of Freight
JSC Georgian Railway (the "Company") announces that Oleg Bichiashvili has submitted, and the Supervisory Board of the Company has accepted, his resignation as First Deputy General Director, Director of Freight of the Company. Simultaneously Mr. Bichiashvili has been appointed as Director of 100% state owned company - Marabda Kartsakhi Railway LLC.
