Bovis Homes Group PLC28 February 2006 Appointment of Non-Executive Director The Board of Bovis Homes Group PLC is pleased to announce the appointment ofJohn A Warren as an independent non-executive director with effect from 1 March2006. Mr Warren has considerable financial experience and is a non-executive directorof Rank Group plc and Arla Foods UK plc. He was previously group financedirector of WH Smith PLC and of United Biscuits plc and a non-executive directorat RAC plc and Rexam plc. As a result of this appointment the Board now comprises four non-executivedirectors, including the non-executive Chairman, and two executive directors. Mr Warren holds 2,500 shares in Bovis Homes Group PLC. There is no further information which would require disclosure under 9.6.13R ofthe Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
