Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group plc - Directorate change

Oxford Advanced Surfaces Group plc ("OAS" or the "Company") announces that David Norwood, Non-Executive Director, will step down from the Board with effect from 31st December 2008. At the same time, David will be giving up all of his business interests, including stepping down from the Board of IP Group plc and its other portfolio companies of which he is currently a director, to pursue a career outside the business sector.
David said: "I am very proud of what we have achieved so far at OAS and believe that the Company has a great future".
Jeremy Scudamore, Chairman of OAS, commented: "I have enjoyed working with David since the Reverse Acquisition of OAS (formerly Kanyon plc) in December 2007 and would like to thank David for his important contribution to the development of OAS and to wish him every success for the future".
