BOARD CHANGE
Imperial Tobacco Group PLC announces that Non-Executive Director, Bruno Bich has informed the Company that he will be leaving the Board with immediate effect as a consequence of his overall business commitments.
Iain Napier, Chairman of Imperial Tobacco Group PLC commented "I would like to thank Bruno for his contribution to the Company since his appointment to the Board last year and I wish him well for the future".
The Company confirms that following the resignation of Mr Bich the Board remains appropriately constituted and in compliance with the Combined Code.
