He will join the Headlamboard with effect from 1 December 2005 at which time he will also be appointedto the Nominations, Audit and Remuneration Committees. Dick, aged 51, has just retired as the Senior Partner for the East Midlandspractice of Deloitte & Touche based in Nottingham.
