Network International Holdings Plc (LSE: NETW) (the "Company"), the leading enabler of digital commerce across the Middle East and Africa (MEA), had announced on 16 December 2022 that Darren Pope, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, would step down as Non-Executive Director of Virgin Money UK plc (Virgin Money) on 26 May 2023. Darren has updated the Board that he will remain on the Virgin Money Board as a Non-Executive Director.
