He will leave the company at the end of August. The Board of Pittards plc is pleased to announce that Mrs Jill Williams, who hasbeen an employee of the Group for 18 years and joined the Board as a directorlast year, will combine her existing roles as Company secretary and GroupTreasurer, with that of Finance Director with effect from 1st June 2007.
