Cineworld Group plc announces that Matthew Tooth, who was originally a Blackstone Board nominee and for the last six months has acted in an independent capacity, is stepping down to concentrate on his Blackstone activities and will cease to be a director with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank him for his significant support and contribution over the past six years.
