Oliver Corbett Oliver Corbett, aged 41, is group finance director of SVB Holdings PLC. He is achartered accountant and worked for SG Warburg, Phoenix Securities (laterDonaldson Lufkin Jenrette) and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he wasmanaging director, emerging companies, before joining SVB in October 2003. Mark Robertshaw Mark Robertshaw, aged 37, is currently chief financial officer and chiefoperating officer of The Morgan Crucible Company plc and, as announced on 20February 2006, is due to become chief executive later in the year. Prior tojoining Morgan Crucible in 2004 he was chief financial officer of GartmoreInvestment Management Plc for four years. He previously worked for the NatWestGroup and also spent nine years as a management consultant with MarakonAssociates. Mark Powell, chairman of Rathbones, commented: "Both Oliver and Mark have wide ranging experience in the financial sector andelsewhere, as well as keen intellects. We are greatly looking forward to theirparticipation in our affairs."
