Directorate change

The Company announces that Ross Eades has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect. He will remain a director of the Company in a non-executive capacity .

Tony Reeves, the Company's non-executive Chairman, will become actively involved in the day to day running of Kellan as Executive Chairman. Tony has over 45 years' experience in the recruitment sector, most recently as chairman and chief executive officer of hotgroup plc from 2002 until its acquisition by Trinity Mirror Group plc in September 2005. Prior to that Tony was chairman and chief executive officer of the Delphi Group Plc until 1998 until its acquisition by Adecco SA.

A further announcement will be made in due course.

Tony Reeves, Executive Chairman of Kellan commented "On behalf of the Board I want to thank Ross for his contributions to date and wish him every success in the future."

Ross Eades commented, "I have really enjoyed my time as CEO at Kellan and linking up with Tony Reeves. The recent investment ensures the business is well placed to grow in its chosen markets and I look forward to continuing to play my part in the Group's future as a Non-Executive Director and shareholder and wish everyone at the Group a very successful future."
